Wrong items bought

I bought 6 bis items on my mage 3 days ago but i found out that i actualy suck with him so bad. Is it posible to get some kind of refund to buy 6 bis items for druid?
I created ticket 7 hours ago but nobody replied

sir its on support tab that u have to do that.. and i belive its possible in a short period of time idk if its 48 hours or something like that.. but u must wait for the support ticket.. they wont solve here or ingame..
