Not enough locked coins

For several days I've been getting the message that I do not have enough locked coins on my account to purchase a character. And that I should try again in 72 hours.... What can be done about that?

When you got coins from trading or gifting then they are locked for 72 hours and can not be used on gifting or trading again. After 72 hours they are unlocked and become regular coins. So if you got them from trading or gifting then you have to wait 72 hours from the moment you got them.
