40+ Minutes on position 26 in Queue...

I entered the Queue about 5 hours ago and was placed at around 300, and the last 40 minutes I was placed in the 26th place of the queue with no movement whatsoever...

Is it like that for everyone else? has it not been moving for the rest?

I'm actually not complaining as is, I'm genuinely wondering if the problem is on my end, as the nearer I get to 1st the slower the queue gets.
