Can't Donate?

I tried to donate and got a message that my "transaction didn't complete." I've got plenty of money in my account, not a bank issue. I am in the USA. Is this a problem? I would like to get the donation perks and support the servers. Help? I have searched for similar issues in the forums. Found people with the same issue but no resolution.
