The population has evened out almost exactly. The perks need to be removed for all newly created characters and transferred characters who did not contribute to the balance shift.

hahah, another one of these **** posts. I'll tell you what... show me ONE server that has an even Alliance to horde ratio that has a population of over 1k (come on 1k is nothing compared to this server) that offers TBC. ONE. You cant. I know, I have played nearly all of them. They found a way to do it which helps horde and alliance both (no alliance pop = no bgs = might as well be a pve server). Why would you want to screw your own team?

This tbh, a server like this is like a needle in a haystack. You should be grateful that the devs were able to pull their heads out of their *** and actually do something. Instead of just cash the check and go on vacation like so many others have done in the past. This server is actually very decent and fun experience.
