WotLK Missing characters

Hi. Returnee from when this was molten wow. I have no characters . I had full donor gear on multiple, now they're gone. Lordaeron server. Did some kinda wipe happen? is there any way to retrieve my characters? I was around when molten turned into warmane and i did get the "refund" of coins that wasn't really a refund, and made a couple new full donor characters, but now they're gone. So was there ANOTHER full wipe?

Edit: Even looking through the news logs i see nothing about a second wipe. So i am at a loss here. The characters were full BIS.

There wasn't "another full wipe". What happened was Ragnaros and Deathwing have been merged into a single Realm, Icecrown. Players had about 1 year at their disposal to transfer their characters to the new realm. You're simply late, but maybe if you contact support by email they might help you recover the coins.
