Technical Server transfer

Hey, i was playing a few years on a different Server, which is, sadly, about to die.

I wonder, if it would be possible to transfer both (or just one) of my Accounts from the Server to this Server. Both of my Accounts have 10 Characters, which are medium to good geared and i dont really wanna loose them.
