    Make Scroll of Deception account bound

    Like heirlooms, make Scroll of Deception bind to account instead of charracter. Making scrolls to bind to account instead of charracters.

    Suggested before, denied. I don't know why? Will that really affect Warmane? It is actually really good idea, brings a chance to transmog our alts. This really sucks for altoholics...
