cant even start the game

The game wont even start up... any1 know why ? i get this little window saying i dont have a write permission or something ?

Open your torrent program, stop seeding. Then go to the folder with the game files, right click, properties, at the bottom is says attributes, make sure read only is OFF(box is empty)
