Cataclysm New to server, and had few issues!

Hello there,

I'm very new to this awesome server, and I have encountered few issues and would like some help please.

1- My issue is I have bought x2 lvl 85 horde side, where all my friends are alliance. I have not even spend 5 mins playing the character until I figured that they were in a different realm. I immediately opend a ticket to ask for faction change as I have not played at all
2- Also I have bought an item to the wrong character.
