WotLK I have to accept Terms of use every time I start client

To whom it may concern,

So here's the issue I'm having. Everytime I start my client, it asks me if I want to "run" this program. And, everytime I start my client, I have to go through the WOTLK intro cinematic and accept Terms of Use.

What is causing this and how can I set the program so I don't need to go through those four things every startup?

Right-click on the game folder, Properties, uncheck "Read-only".

This worked after I placed the contents of the original WOTLK folder into a new WOTLK foler. Thanks!
