Burning Crusade Banned on mistake

Your account has been suspended for 3 weeks 5 days due to Advertising.
I wanted to log in to warmane website but there was some stupid error showing when i did try to log in so i can donate money to go online and play.
This was the message:

I never would advertise havn't done anything like that ever.
I tought it was your website that had problem than i contacted my guild in discord and 1 member told me to update java change browser and that didn't help and on the last he told me try vpn and it worked i did log in than i read insta ban.
I never ever advertised anything and all this happened on my mistake which i had no idea

What happened is that VPN was likely previously used by an advertiser, which flagged the IP you were using via the VPN, which in turn flagged your account and banned it under the assumption that you were the same person who was using it for advertising at another point in time. I'd recommend against using VPNs in the future due to this risk.

I can't find any info on the Recaptcha error you encountered, though clearing your browser's cache and cookies might help. If it doesn't, you may be able to get an answer by emailing [email protected]

Please be patient on both the ban appeal and email, though. I don't know how long it will take someone to read and address your issue.
