Technical Account has been suspended for due to Suspicious activity

Came back to play on wotlk server and see that my account got banned for no apparent reason, so i guess it might be a mistake. I can still play on the server though, but I'm afraid to put time in char. because it might get deleted or smth. I tried to put up a ticket on support cat. couldn't do it so I'm forced to post here.
