Burning Crusade Can Gm's correct a misloot in a heroic 5man?

If both parties agree there was a misloot in an instance do we know if GM's would be willing to swap the item over to the other person or do they not deal with 5 man instance problems?

I changed my sleep schedule and stuff just to be on at a time more likely to find groups for the dungeon and still it's hard to find grps so I'd really like to remedy this.

you can try creating a ticket in game. but gm's don't deal with item issues of that sort.
