Pandaria Issues starting the game.

Hello. I just downloaded the full MoP client, not the minimal one
And when I tried to start it nothing happened, then I ctrl+alt+delete'd and I saw it running in processes but that was it. The game wasnt popping up.
After some waiting a little window popped out saying:
" Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see [the battlenet site]. "

Tried running it via administrator still didnt work. Is there something that can be done to fix this issues or shall I download the minimal version?

like what he said sadly there is no like button . + if you stuck in authenticating check for : WTF folder > config.wtf >and check if those 2 lines are there :
SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"
SET patchlist "logon.warmane.com"
dont know it might happen .
