My account was banned, i don't know why.

I can't access to my account it says that is banned, the only thing different that I did today was to try a VPN to see if my connection to the server would improve, because the are many hours where I have a poor connection to the server.

If this violated any rule, I didn't know, didn't mean to break any. Also, would be nice to receive some kind of notification about the motive of the ban.
