My provider uses dynamic IP addresses. After reading forums I got that I landed banned IP address. I logged my account on site to check the problem.
"Your account has been suspended for due to Advertising".
As my account wasn't hacked and I didn't break any rules, I reloaded my router - and got new IP ofc.
After this I can login my account in game. But web-interface features still blocked for me.
I can't submit ticket "Ban appeal" like GM told me. Who saw only one word "ban" from the ticket and didn't even read it to the end.
I ask you to resolve this issue and let me play this game with full-functional web services.
