My account is banned

I have one account in Warmane servor since 1 month, and after redownload Wow Tbc on your site, i lost all my characters and my game resolution is ****ed up, I don't understand why, I am wow player since 10 years, and even if i have actually hobbies i really like your servor (even if is a pay to win) and i don't understand why i got a ban like this...

if for "resulution is * up" you mean that anytime you close the client the settings got resetted then follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".

If you can not see your characters anymore:
1. Click on " realm change" maybe you just logged on the wrong TBC realm ( Warmane has 2 TBC Realms)
2. Or someone logged on your account and deleted them.

Anyway your problem are not a "ban"

What the duck did I just read? So, do you have resolution problems, character problems, or account problems? Not sure if that's 10 "years" or 10 minutes.
