The website thinks my account is suspended but I'm not.

Hello.

When I login to the Warmane website, I get the message: "Your account has been suspended for due to Advertising."

Please note that not only have I never advertised anything, I also am not banned in-game.

This problem makes it so I cannot Donate, when I try I receive the message "Your account is banned."

Before anyone says to submit a ticket, I have tried -- because the ban isn't actually real there isn't a ban I can select to appeal on the dropdown menu, it is just empty; and I cannot submit a ticket without selecting a valid ban.
