Creating a suppor alt

Hi fellows,

I want to roll a support class on my alt but I don't have any idea which class and spec to take. Could you guys help me?

My criteria for this class and spec are:

1. PvP and some PvE (Alliance)
2. Lot of health
3. Lot of CC skills
4. Using shields (this could be optional)

For healer, disc priest has good CC and uses shields. Having said this, it's not the best healer (which would be Restoration druids). The best at support, as dps, are Retribution Paladin and Balance Druid. Note that I'm only considering PvP.
