Cataclysm Multiple Profession Buffs

Hello,
I had Blacksmith profession before, so i had 2 extra sockets on Bracer & hand.
I unlearned BS and took Alchemy, but my Socket didnt got removed. I even asked my guildies how to remove them, and also asked on global. Noone knew the answer.

So i want to ask :-
1. Is it possible to remove BS sockets ?
2. Will i get banned for exploitig ? I dont want multiple buffs on me, but i m unable to remove those sockets.

You can't remove them. But I can't remember on Cata, did it gave you bonuses after you cancel BS or not... At any point, put in another random gem in those sockets and see if it impacts your stats.

Yes they are giving me bonuses... i removed Bracers and checked agility before and after removing Bracers, and found out that socket is providing bonus

Alright I guess you play druid? If so, put in lowest socket that gives you absolutely no bonus for your class/spec so you don't get banned for exploiting.
