Burning Crusade Need help with the restoration of the master's key (Karazhan)

My problem is this: I deleted the master key for access to Karazhan by mistake. There was it at clearing of a bag from old low-level keys. Now I can not get inside the dungeon. Independently I was unable to find a solution to this problem in the game, without contacting the game master. A ticket has been created, but remains unanswered for already four days. How long does it take to wait for a response? What should I do to solve this problem?

Received a response from the game master: "Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that, sorry". I'm surprised at this answer. On official servers, support is capable of solving such questions. This means that the progress on this character is no longer possible, or it will be very difficult to dress by passing Karazhan. Where can I get a competent answer regarding my problem, or is this the final decision?
