Is Frostwolf MoP good? Is it stable?

Does the server have a lot of bugs to the point that it is hard to do quest? Is it possible to finish a whole raid without having to encounter a bug? Is it possible to try out all sorts of dungeons with no bugs? I have so much things to know about the server. I want to transfer from WOTLK to MoP for a change. So I'm asking right now if it is good enough to be played.

I am a PVE Player, and don't do much on PVP.

Yes it is. The server has come a long way since its inception, mostly in the PvP department.
Not really sure about Pve.

PvE is also in a decent state at the moment. End game content can be cleared without a problem. You might want to join the horde tho, since alliance side is kinda dead for playing PvE at the fullest. Have fun and enjoy your stay in Frostwolf!
