<Les Miserables> is currently looking for a few players to fit our core raiding roster.


About us
Les Miserables is a mixed bunch of veteran and fresh players, who within the following weeks will begin raiding SSC and TK. Experienced leadership with retail background on this entire expansion, expecting to push forward quickly and effectively. Solid, loyal and trustworthy members who shows up every raid, who have same idea; to push forward and compete at a higher level.

The guild is rather fresh and is still in the fase of collecting the perfect roster, meaning YOU could become apart of something big. We're currently not dealing with t5 content (yet), as said, we're still collecting the people to fill our core spots before we push forward. That being said, all t4 content is currently being farmed until we begin t5. We expect to compete other guilds in t6 content, but prior to this, we need people who are willing to do this.

We're currently in need of the following classes

• Healing shaman
• Healing druid
• Shadow priest
• Warlock

We raid the following days and hours

• Sunday 5-9 PM ST
• Monday 5-9 PM ST
• Tuesday 5-9 PM ST

Requirements

• Be done with/or on last step of your SSC and TK prequest.
  
• You need to understand and read up on upcomming raid encounters, study the mechanics and be ahead and prepared for what to come.
  
• High attendance. We want and expect all of our core and trials raiders to be there for basically every raid. A 90% attendance will be expected as a minimum, should you not be able to raid at these hours, then dont bother applying.
  
• Maximizing your character is very important. If you're able to improve your character outside raids we expect you to do so. You need to make sure your character is as strong as possible and bringing consumables to every progressive raids.
  
• Show up before raid begins, dont expect a summon due to you being lazy, insted we expect you to show a greater example towards others and be prepared inside the instance (Slowing us down is noticed by the leadership).
  
• Generally have a friendly attitude towards fellow guild members. You must be able to take criticism; a raiding guild, such as our, is not a place for the sensitive. When mistakes are made your fellow raiders could perhaps make jokes on you, this is all fun and games, but you should learn fast and adapt quickly.
  
• Whining and a bad attitude is not tolerated at all. Respect others and insted guide them, should they struggle on mechanics; tell them what they did wrong insted of trash talking.
  
• A working microphone, in situations like; You having a important task, we expect you to speak up.
  
• Age requirement is set to 18. Should your background be amazing, we will consider younger members.

What you can expect as a trial
You will be tested around the progressive raids, you need to do your absolut best prior to your current gear. Doing less DPS or HPS than the remaning core members decreases your chances of becomming a core raider. On the other hand, doing amazing will increase your chances and could grant you a core spot faster than expected.

You will be noticed and discussed among the leadership, this means, we're watching you. Show us your best side within the raidhours. Speak up if you somehow fail a mechanic, let us know you're aware of your mistakes, and that you know what went wrong.

We expect you to bring best possible consumables, enchants and so on for progressive raids, in other word; Be prepared.

Everybody can have a bad day where everything seems to go against you, in this case, let us know you're not untop of your a-game, and that you know you can perform better.
