Hello, i just sold a character, and my account displays 35 coins, but yet, i can't buy a 35 coins characters... says something like try again in 72 hours, what?

Coins acquired from the market or gifting system have a "cooldown period". Its done to prevent abuse, coin stealings etc. Just wait the displayed time and after that you will be able to do it.
