1. Account locked, not receiving email with code / forgotten email? Please help

    Hello, I wrote a ticket in-game, but I was told to write a support ticket in the website.. Since I can't access it, because my account on the website is locked, I'll seek help here.

    2 years ago my account was hacked. Now that I am home, I guess due to the fact that I've logged from new IP, my account got locked. It says that an e-mail with a code is sent, but I don't receive any. I checked most of the e-mails I use... Maybe I am forgetting one? If so, could any staff member check the e-mail associated with my account and send it via PM here? Thanks.. I don't know how to work out this issue..
