WotLK Your account has been suspended for due to Advertising

"Your account has been suspended for due to Advertising", I got this ban message on my account, but i can still play in-game, but cannot access store/trade.
Does ban supposedly work this way? Or am i being Misbanned? Im sure i never advertise anything. I was online at the morning and took my daily points,this message wasnt there, after i gone out and return, this message appears, and I'm offline during the afternoon. I used Mudfish VPN sometimes if that got anything to do with this ban.

Does the system allow to appeal your ban or are you banned but according to the system you don't have a ban to appeal?

I ask this because i was in this situation a couple weeks ago.

I dont have anything to appeal, nothing appears at "Select ban to appeal".
