it takes up to several days to get a ticket answered ingame,
i think Outland needs a few more staff members to handle the reports.
when i report a player for botting and it takes a few days for them to return and ask me the name AGAIN?! of the perosn i reported .. i cant remember that **** after a few days and i even have to respond in a new ticket?! that is just stupid and not very smooth.
Alot would love to help for free so .. get the hiring stuff going!

if they meant per week i dare say it would say per week. not sure if gm is a paid position or not.
