banned acc wtf

hi i am not sure where i should put this because cant send ban appel because my acc was unbanned (and i can play I am 31 sham at the moment on medivh but problem is on webpage my account is still banned....can you fix it ? (like unban webpage acc as well? thank you.....(ban is for suspicious activity but i explained it once and was unbanned....thank you
