Hello,
I would like to ask, when Primal Nethers and Nether Vortexes will be available as non-soulbound items. Because for PvP people which are looking for BS craft weapons have to grind HC's to get Primal nethers ... and Im not even talking about Vortexes which are not avaiable even in average-guild runs, because that SSC trash aint that easy. Players, that are strictly PvP based have almost no chance to get Primal Nethers, let alone Vortexes.

Then you should wait for S3 Weapons - or Raid if you want some Vortexes ;)

From what I was told next patch which is Aug 20th or something end if s1 will have Primal Nethers avail from geras for badges. Im not sure tho but this is what a player told me.. he coulda been trollin .. also I have got a nether in a Normal dungeon (SV) so it is possible and I have maybe ran 5 dungeons in total. But having nethers available for coins is the best idea I have ever heard.

Primal Nethers are guaranteed to drop off the last boss in Heroic 5-man dungeons. They do also have a very low chance to drop from the last boss in normal dungeons.
