Found a red winter hat

Unfortunately I wasn't able to loot it, I kept trying to loot it. Whenever I tried to loot it it said "Looting this item will bind to you" naturally I pressed ok and I didn't have full inventory but It wouldn't let me loot it. is there any way for me to get it back?
