[H] EU raiding Guild

About us

Just Average is a horde guild that raids competitively. We are an established raiding community that has migrated from a Wotlk server to Warmane recently. We take pride in our critical approach to raiding and subsequent analysis of data we gather with the goal to improve, as well as our dedication to providing a environment that allows competitive players to grow and and enjoy their experience. We are currently searching for people to start T5 with us as we have just cleared T4.

Requirements


Our requirements fit the purpose of a 25man endgame raiding guild. It is necessary you acquire raiding professions that are best suited for your specialization. We do not have a minimum gear requirement, we however ask of our trials to have a "gameplan" that will get them geared and prepared enough for raiding competitively. Enchants, flasks and any other personal character gain will be inspected and discussed prior to a trialship, and necessary to a guild enrolement.


What you can expect from us


We offer a regulated environment that ensures maximum enjoyment without compromise to performance. We use a Loot Council based on our Attendance/performance/ranking data that is collected and discussed in the fairest way possible in order to improve the overall performance. We equally sift through combatlog data as well as various other elements to assess and reevaluate individual mistakes or tactical changes.
