is there a way to delete my accout?

when i made my first character with the name i wanted i made a mistake and made it as the wrong class because im a big dumb ***** so i deleted it to free up the name but when i look at the server list it says it is still there and i cant use the name anymore.
all i can think of to fix this is to delete the account and remake it but i cant figure out how
can anyone help me?

Wait for a server crash and the name will be available again.
