Hey there im debating between a Resto Shaman, Prot Warrior, or Prot/holy Paladin, what is most needed

Healers and tanks are always welcome - no matter if u are healer or tank you will be invited almost immediately to every party. If you choose a pally you can switch between healer, tank or dps whenever you want, but pally dps is not that much of a deal and he is not the best tank or healer either. If you ask me go shaman - it's the best party healing class and you can always switch to DPS aswell and be a huge benefit for a raid. In the end if want to be hardcore tank go for warrior, but forget about healing at all... So if you want to tank - warrior, if you want to heal and dps aswell - shaman, if you want all 3 - heal, tank and dps whenever you like - pally, but as I said you will not be the best tank, not be the best healer and not be the best dps either...
