Cant start winterspring mount quest

So i wanted to grind the Reins of the Winterspring Frostsaber but the guy in winterspring who is suppost to give the q's dosnt give any .. Anyone have same problem ? i am ally :)

i think you have to do a pre-quest for it or have already a specified reputation.... can't remember exactly

go to your reputation tab and uncheck at war or w/e with that faction.

I'm encountering a similar problem: I see my pointer changing when i point the dude in the attack-like shape. The fact is that i don't have the reputation in the rep tab and i cannot see if i'm in the "at war" state or not...any suggestions? (obviously he doesn't give me any quest)

I assume you faction changed from Horde to Alliance?
