Collecting points on TBC character/account.1000 achievment points on TBC !?

I have noticed something, that you gotta play with your account on Wrath of the Lich King or higher to earn 1000 achievment points so you can be able to collect your points.
-Now what if the only realm i play is The Burning Crusade, but they are no achievments points there, what should i do?
-Can i get my points on other way instead of having the 1000 achievement points?

TBC realms have no point shop, therefore you dont need to collect points.

TBC realms have no point shop, therefore you dont need to collect points.

But on TBC realms name change requires points, which is only available via achievements. There is a drop down menu for this option, but no way to accumulate points.

they don't currently have a way for tbc players to get points. no clue if they ever plan to add one or not. you'd have to msg a staff member about that
