Technical Character stuck in weird pose

Hello i hope you have a good day fellow players.

in this thread i want to ask how to revert my character pose back to normal since my character stuck in weird pose.
I've tried suicide, but still my character stuck in weird pose.
even in spirit form my character still stuck on the weird postition.

PS : Sorry i dont attach any images how my character looks like in weird pose since i dony know how to attach images.

die and when in spirit form log out nad go here:
From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

If it does not work open a ticket in-game, a GM will help you out

I did it but alas my character still stuck
