Why are GMs just deleting tickets instead of actually dealing with toxic behaviour in the game? Sent this ticket -(screenshot #1), and this was the response I got (screenshot #2). Why are you promoting this salty toxicity instead of dealing with it? This isn't the first time I get a half-assed ticket reply (bugs, glitches, toxicity) in the game.

because otherwise 80% of server would be banned.
Just use /ignore feature.
The only case you can report someone is if they try avoid "ignore feature" by logging different chaarcters just to insult you via wisper.
In this case they can be banned

I've only made 2 tickets regarding toxic players so far, and I've been playing on the server for atleast 2 months. Not sure how the hell you're coming up with 80% of the server. Math is not your strong suit buddy..)
So the question still stands - Why are we promoting toxic behavior instead of dealing with it?

you can deal with it, by ignoring them. if you can't handle some foul language than you best get off the internet.

OR the administration can actually do their job and deal with toxicity to improve the community. You (just like the previous guy) are not offering any constructive feedback that helps this issue get addressed properly, let alone solved. So yet again, the question stands - WHY are we promoting toxic behaviour? (But thank you for your 2 cents brother)

No one is promoting anything. GMs simply aren't babysitting over tiny things that players can deal with by themselves in less keystrokes than it takes to create a ticket complaining about it. If anything, you're being more toxic with your accusations and demands than the guy who sent you a couple offensive lines which you could have stopped after the first one.

You do know even GM's on retail would never ban someone for that language as its pretty common.You being offended by slightest foul word is hilarious tho.

You thought you were manly enough to turn off the "Mature language filter" option in the settings.
But you clearly weren't, instead you started crying and started reporting people for trivial stuff like this.
Man up and grow some balls, this place ain't some sort of "safe space".
And stop making tickets for the most trivial stuff every two weeks. No wonder the GMs can't deal with this amount of bull**** tickets.

You're kidding, right? On retail, a GM threatened to ban me for saying the word "crap". Part of the reason why I'll never play retail again.
