WotLK donate bug

Hi!
First of all, sorry my english and sorry if i open this topic in wrong zone. I have a problem, i wanna donate the server but i misspelled my name in the credit card and the system need a photo for my ID. Thats no problem but i exit this window, i wanna try next time and i banned and if i wana take pictures i only get a white window.(link here:
http://www.kepfeltoltes.eu/view.php?...me=793lole.png ). I try it in Opera, Chrome, Mozzila and Microsoft Edge but nothing :S What am i doing ? pleas help.
