Help! Blizzard!

Today, i opened WoW : WoTLK regularly, like i do, and when i open, it just goes to the opening screen to type my account name, password, but today that's not what happened, when i opened the game, it showed me (BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT) written in gold, and then went to the opening screen, but showed me things that a person who still is going to play the game, (Copyrights and things to read), and the screen got smaller, and the game got smoother, and when i joined my lvl 80 character, there was no (Joined Channel : 1-General : Stormwind City) neither the other 3 channels, and when i type something in the chat, it only appears as a bubble on me, not as (Character says: ...........) in chat, need help please! Oh, and also there was no gearscore to anything i wore or seen, or even characters playing with me!

The WTF file has the characters, the ones that existed and ones that are still existing...
