Burning Crusade Website 2 step authentification , neither website nor ingame sends emailcode

Hi , its 10 days ago i logged on website in holidays with another computer. two factor authentification works well and just asks for my usual login position (city) . Today at home i wasnt even able to login ingame neither on website(20times), because i didnt got the email with the necessary authentification code.
Some mates told me it sometimes stuck and need a few minutes / hours , but still after 7hours nothing. Its the right email adress and i´ve no other idea changing my emailadress now eg . Has anyone an idea ? Thank you guys

Thanks buddy but I already tried it yesterday , same procedure here he wants to send me an email to remove two -F-A which i doesnt get . Thank you anyway ;) i´ll try to contact them.
