WotLK Not getting any rewards after defeating The Lich King.

Good evening everyone, I know I should write a ticket, but it's length is limited and it's not possible to describe an issue in details, so this might seem really weird, but today on 24. september, 2017, I was hosting an ICC10N and we downed The Lich King, but didn't receive anything from it, no achievement and there wasn't even a possibility to loot him after the cinematic. None of us from raid group didn't get anything, which I seem really, really strange. Last achievement we got that was from Sindragosa and we could loot her. So, basically, right before the 2nd try on The Lich King everyone got disconnected and realm was down for a short time, even at some point there wasn't any realm listed on realmlist which might be a cause of this issue. After that we gathered up and after 2 tries defeated The Lich King at approximately 17:00 server time. I'm not really sure if there's even a possibility to resolve this issue. Some of our raid members already opened tickets regarding to this issue.

This is the only proof I can provide to you, since noone was recording at that point, just we made some screenshots after that happened.
