Came back after 2 years to find Ragnoras gone including my VP and coins

So not sure what happened in my absence, I know before I left that I had just recovered my account when Molten lost all their char data, spent my coins and VP on a few chars, and then went on to try retail for awhile again. When I came back, shows that Ragnoras is no longer around so all my characters are lost again. Tried scimming through the website and don't see anything on what happened so I am assuming that either it was a realm merge or that it got shut down. EITHER way it shows my purchase history on my account but I no longer have these items due to the realm being gone.

So I'm not sure if anything can be done about this, but if it is possible to recover at least some of my losses here that would be amazing!

Keep up the good work with having a lasting server!! :)

1. Remove that purchase history, it is not safe and it does not help anyway

2. Ragnaros and Deathwing realms got merged into Icecrown.

Players had almost 1 years of time to move their character for free on Icecrown.
It seems you missed that chance.
