Account recovery assistance

My account has been scammed about 2 years ago.The details are furnished below,
Account name :axpamith
Old email : [email protected]
New email : [email protected]
IP address : 93.86.58.190
I agree that account has been affected with so many email changes,but that doesn't declare my status of ownership ot the account.
I would like to ask for an recovery of above mentioned account or lock/ban the account permanently.I can provide all the original gmail verification,if needed for the recovery and the character names and item list on it.
