I have checked my bank balance----the correct amount has been deducted
I have also received an email from paymentwall confirmed the payment went through, the payment wall reference number is <removed>.
Could you look into this matter and give me the correct amount of coins please?

bro it may take a while when its huge ammount of coins it can take 30mins or so.. and u shouldnt report here.. u should make a support ticket.. and also dont post id numbers.. or even ur name account some1 can try to steal u! refresh the page and check out u probly have it already

i have same problem i donate 64 coins to not stand in que. they took money from account but no coins.also i can't make ticket because all option it gives is 'bann appeal'

u guys have to wait couple mins, due database update, and system verifications, estimated time is like 30 mins.. it can take up to 1 hour, logout on ur accounts, and login again i never had problems with that

just checked, been hours now, still not there, send gm a ticket in game but now server is going to restart, no joy
