1. Why are MH's bosses so undertuned?

    The damage is generally lower compared to retail and the HPs are also too little. (Kaz rogal has 1mil less hp vs pre-nerf retail)

    Don't get me wrong MH is not supposed to be insanely hard but this tuning makes it incredibly easy. Why is that?
