    Critical Bug in my Character

    I am too annoyed, my character just bugged, I happen to look for an RDF like 1 hour ago and when I gave him accept I did not teleport to the dungeon and all my companions were their names were "Unknown" when I want go I could not and I I'm in a void that I can not leave the group. a group that does not exist, apart from this the other people can not invite their groups to raid because it says "I am already in a group" whose group I can not leave because I am only me.I send a ticket and they still do not answer me. Please fix my character
