hello so me and a friend play on the ice crown realm and i was wondering if any amount you donate gets all the perks? considering that i in us i would have convert to it to eur.

today sometime i plan to donate ... is t here a way to donate cash directly or do i have to buy one of the cards? because i have some money on my paypal


edit:

well it wont work with my visa card and i cant do any of the other options at the moment....could it because i in usa? but i never had a problem like this before.
