Heads up to any North American raiding guilds. (DST Raid Lockout reset)

Is the Outland raid reset time the same as on Medivh (1:00 am server)? Because if it is - any NA raiding guilds who raid on Tuesday will run into a huge problem. Not to mention heroic dungeons will be resetting earlier as well.
