WotLK Can't log in

Hi, when I try logging in on the Wotlk (old) server, it starts off by telling me something has to be updated, and freezes at 0%. After a while this disappears and the client tells me I have to download a new patch to play, and it tells me to click a "restart" button. When I click this I get thrown out of the game into the log-in screen again. Please help. I am currently trying to re-download the client to see if it helps.

Once you have the client, it should just start.

Make sure your realmlist is correct. The launcher should just open the game and not need to patch.

C:\WoW\Data\enUS\realmlist.wtf (or a similar path file):

should say: set realmlist logon.warmane.com

you need to log-in by using warmane account name, not email address

Oh, yeah I asked a friend who says he logs on with the username instead of the email, and to him it works well. This has to be it, thanks!
